Some characterize the area as the "Caribbean of Greece", while others spend a little more ambitious country borders and Sivota become "Caribbean Mediterranean"! 

We seem excessive? We present our Sivota through pictures and your own conclusions! 

About half an hour away from Igoumenitsa are majestic green Sivota. The 'Monaco' or else the small cosmopolitan resort of Thesprotia.  From the first moment the incomparable beauty enchants the visitor's eye. Sivota is built around a bay in which small islands like fjords. Sivota is a small coastal village recently became widely known. Turquoise, crystal clear water, embraced by lush greenery, tied harmoniously in a heavenly atmosphere are the images that make up a very idyllic landscape and beckon even the most skeptical visitor can visit. 

The village is built in a small bay in which various scattered islands, most important of which is Saint Nicholas and Black Mountain. 

The story connects the islands in the bay of Sivota with those mentioned by Thucydides "Sivota islands", each of which took place in 433 BC battle between Corfu and Corinth during the Peloponnesian War. 

The name of the settlement during the Ottoman Empire was Mourtos which was maintained until the end of the 50s.

Leaving from Little Sand Partridge towards the beach you will find the Great Drafiou. The beach has sand and pebbles, while the opposite is the Little Drafiou little more isolated and with few people.

The beach dream. If jealous even for a minute at the beach in the homonymous film, which starred Leonardo di Caprio, here will reset that you've seen before. The clear waters invite you to swim through the endless! Of course, the pool is not so simply accessible to everyone, you need to take a boat from the village of Sivota and go!
